Visitors to your web site are encouraged to provide contact detail such as, name, organisation, email address, telephone number etc. which is stored within a database and made available to the web site administrator to maintain. When the web site administrator wishes to make news content available to business contacts they simply enter the news article into the system and flag it for publication within either the web site, the email newsletter or both. At regular intervals, the administrator can issue an email newsletter to all contacts in the database. |
